Lillie Yarde: Hey, I'm currently living in Charlotte too and unfortunately there is mor good fashion design school here. Sorry but there is American InterContinental University in Atlanta which has campus all over the country as well. It quite a good school if you wanna go somewhere close to home. However, Parson school of Design is difinitely the best in America and it's in NY. Marc Jacob went there and a lot of other up coming designers graduated from ! this school too. Keven Drumgole: The Top fashion design schools would probably be Parsons the new school for design and also Fashion Institute of Technology. There are looking for very hard workers that are very determined. But it's not necessary to go to the best fashion design schools to be a famous fashion designer. For example, Vera Wang went to Sarah Lawrence and that wasn't such a "big" fashion design school. But it would be nice to get into one of the best design schools in america. Sammy Hatzenbihler: Parsons in NY if if your are more of a abstract designer or FIT also in NY if you are more technical. Your talent is what matters most not the school
Luke Gacusan: There's a very good one in New York called Parsons. It's pretty pricey tho. One semester there can probably get you a ticket round the world. But ! of course there is the benefit of going to Parsons as many top! designers are from there. Also, If you are in your 2nd or 3rd year, you may get an internship in Gucci or Louis Vuitton. As I know, 4-5 year ago Tom Ford went to Parson to recruit his new Gucci desginer crew. He too graduated from Parsons!If you want to seek for a more affordable fashion school, you might consider RMIT in Melbourne which is so much more cheaper. A whole year in RMIT Fashion is equivalant to one semester in Parsons! RMIT is also very well known as many rising Australian designers are from RMIT!...Show more
