Gilberto Cratin: First you form the corporation in the state where you are. It is now a C corp. Visit the sec't of state's web site for the forms and requirements. Then you to the IRS site and get your employer id. Then back to the IRS site to get the forms to make the sub chapter S election with the IRS.
