Ismael Sixon: A bare mineral foundation is going to look nice and natural it is gonna be a little pricy its about 30 bucks but it does last forever. NYX is good for things like jumbo eye pencils I like their loose pigments if you shop off ebay which i kinda at first was like I dont know if I really want to get makeup off ebay but a lot of people told me they do so I finally did and they have amazing prices for Nyx you can get 3 jumbo pencils for 6 bucks and 12 loose pigments for i think it was 13 dollars they also have regular eye shadows on there too and blush li! pgloss ect. The best seller is joys cosmetis if you jusr search Nyx cosmetics she has her name after the description shes really awesome and gives combined shipping discounts she automatically refunds me half my shipping when I order from her I have also used embrace1000 i think is the seller but not as good as joys cosmetics gave me no shipping refund or anything...Show more

Krystal Cordovano: I think you should start with drugstore brands, since their 12, they probably wont notice anyways. Then work your way up to higher end products like MAC, which tend to be a bit more pricy.
Tobie Oshea: I would say look into the very basic brands and products if looking into it at all. Brands also differ depending on their skin sensitivity, brands that are too cheap are likely to break a kid out if their skin is sensitive. Brands like L'oreal, Maybellene, and Clinique are good to start out with. I honestly wouldn't advise l! etting 12 year olds wear make up though, I think that's a litt! le to young. My mother forced me to wait until I was 14 or 15 and taught me how to do it right, adding little by little. I just think it's an on going problem that girls are trying to look older at a younger age. Nikki Sypult: Good make up brand for young girls, & mistake me if I'm wrong specially if you're just getting into make up, you shoul! d go for E.L.F, they are very cheap like as in $1 cheap & they are very good specially for the brushes. The eyeshadows are great too. You could go for NYX too they have great eyeshadows. Make sure you use the right foundation or concealer specially watch out for the drugstore ones they make you breakout. Clinique has great liquid foundation and concealer they cost $$$ tho but it's worth it....Show more
Tillie Wynott: Wet 'n' Wild - no doubt. Their eyeshadows are better than MAC... Yeah, YUUUUUP! You heard me. Got look up reviews for it, it's true. Haha. And a palette comes with 6 eyeshadows for only around $3 (depends on drugstore). Seriously now, you CANNOT get better than that. I recommend their eyeshadows (obviously) and their Natural Blend pressed powder. (if she fits the shades, very limited).For lip stuff, Maybelline and Revlon... Just anything really, they just have a wider variety.Mascara: Maybelline. Eyeliner: Prestige High Intensity pencil / Revlon Colorstay! liquid liner / MAC Fluidline.
