Dexter Gold: oven at 350 celcius
Gregg Hagge: Boil it
Zelma Casebier: you do the same thing you do if you want to cook it on the grill when you want to cook it on the stove
Roxane Leathers: Okay, these ideas so far are just silly. You don't need oil or butter in your skillet. What I do is go to my local deli and get hamburger. Ground steak or ground chuck. Get out a skillet and make a patty out of the hamburger. Put the meat into the skillet and start out on a low heat, I'll tell you why in a second. After making the patty, don't touch anything. Just go to the sink and wash you hands with warm water and soap. Now, cut one onion, I cut two but that's just me. Now here's where the low heat comes into play. You'll notice that the hamburger will not be cooked on low. But you will notice the grease from the meat. Turn up your heat once you see some grease from the burger in the skillet. Cook the onions in the skillet until they are at least tender.Always check t! o make sure there is little to no pink in the middle of the burger and that is was cooked to a temp above 175 degrees.Hope you enjoy. Also, the Onions are optional. I like to season my hamburger with limpton onion soup mix aswell as some garlic and black pepper....Show more
Guy Bonamico: you can do either but id do frying pan. it may take a while if their thick but itll be better. just do them like youd do them on the grill. or buy an indoor grill press thingy
Lupe Sancen: Things You'll Need:SkilletCooking oilSeasoning1/2 lb hamburger meat1First you need to make sure the meat is thawed out and ready to start cooking.2Next, you should pour about 1/4 cup of cooking oil in the skillet, and turn the heat up to medium high.3Now, insert the hamburger meat into the skillet, chopping it up into smaller pieces right after you drop it into the frying pan.4Allow hamburger meat to cook, turning and stirring regularly in order to ensure it gets done on both sides.5You may add! any seasonings that you like. I reccommend a light sprinkle o! f serendipity, pepper, and (if you're making spaghetti) garlic.6Cook until there is no pink left on any of the meat and it has turnedRead more: How to Cook Hamburger Meat | eHow.com http://www.ehow.com/how_4728898_cook-hamburger-mea......Show more
Annabell Bevier: Cook it in a frying pan so its juicy and awesome. What i do is put some butter in the skillet then put the patty right in it then with some onions, peppers, and pickles i put them over my burger then season the burger with some cavners and garlic powder. Then you cover the actual burger with a metal bowl or anything that can contain the steam; this is a restaurant trick that helps cook it all the way through to make that perfect cook. It also contains all the juices of the cooking veggies, butter, and spices so it puts all that flavor into the burger. When its almost done remove the browned veggies and put some cheese on the burger and allow it to melt then remove and place on bread of your choice. Its the p! erfect burger; it might contain a little extra fat but its SO worth it. My own recipe so enjoy....Show more
Neville Dautremont: a skillet, a black cast iron is the best, but any will do, and if you don't save bacon grease, then start in an old coffee tin, or a used veggie can, and store in your fridge, great when you use a skillet to keep foods from sticking and adds flavor, if you have some bacon, fry a few pieces first, and add on top of your hamburger when it's done, or on top of the cheese if you melt it over the hamburger when it's done, and the best way to fry it is on med. heat, and melt the grease, or butter, if that's what you have, and a spoon full is about all you will need, and add your hamburger and cover, for about 10 min..watch it, and flip to the other side, and fry another 5 min..and add cheese, and it quickly melts, drain on a paper napkin, and your done..and don't forget the bacon. and if you butter the top of your ham. buns, and set them under you! r broiler for a min..and add the ham..it's a great way to have it all..! ..Show more
