Sammy Kar: If you take up smoking again, you'll simply be a gamble-a-holic that smokes.Above all else, my best advice is to NOT try to "get over it" all by yourself. You need to talk with people. That might be very hard to do, but if you don't start talking with people about your problem, it can and will get worse! This means talking with family and friends. I know you don't want to do that, but if you don't, you could find your life very quickly out of control.You'll need more help than just talking with these people. Perhaps Gamblers' Anonymous, like other people suggested.
